Éclairs and choux Class
Our pastry chef will teach you how to make the famous éclairs and cream puffs from start to finish! A delicious and easy dessert made of choux paste, pastry cream, fresh fruits and Chantilly. You will be able to bring your creation and will have all the instructions to recreate this recipe at home for any special occasion!
All our classes will take place at 1116 Eglinton Ave West.
Free parking available on Glenarden Road and Wembley Road.
How to book a class:
To give you the best hands on experience we limit each class to 8 people

For health and safety reasons we require the following dress-code:
Comfortable, loose clothing — no dresses, skirts, or tank tops
Close-toed shoes, preferably running shoes
Long hair must be tied in a bun
Payment & Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all classes.
Registration fees are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend a class for any reason, we are happy to offer a credit for a future class. However, we require a minimum of 7 days’ notice in order to issue this credit. The credit must be used within 6 months.
Booked classes are transferable to other attendees. We encourage those who
cannot attend their class to pass their fun, foodie experience on to a friend.
Should a class be cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
